Use evidence, not optimism

“The email link opens my mail app” and “a test message arrived in the support inbox” are different observations. Record the one you actually checked. Use “Not applicable” only when an item does not apply, not as a substitute for an unknown result. Essential items marked not checked or needs work remain unresolved.

The tool does not visit your domain, inspect an inbox, verify legal compliance, or measure audience interest. If you choose to save, a versioned copy stays in this browser’s local storage until you clear it here or through browser settings. An export is a plain-text file under your control. Saving is not required to use any check.
